The West Wing at Crom Castle is the private home of John Crichton, 7th Earl of Erne and is completely self sufficient from the rest of the castle. Sleeping up to thirteen people, prospective bride and grooms are able to take the wing as part of their package and enjoy the convenience of having their accommodation and wedding at the same place.
With it’s own drive and front door, The West Wing offers exceptional privacy and superb views of the beautiful Co Fermanagh landscape from every window. It is impeccably decorated in warm colours and gives the feel of a very comfortable home rather than a hotel or guesthouse.
Six bedrooms are available with a mixture of twins and doubles, notably our four poster Buff Room which is very popular with brides and grooms for their first night.
The elegant West-facing Drawing Room catches the evening sun and opens onto the terrace with access to the lake beyond.
The Dining Room is situated in the castle’s former billiard room. Beneath the spectacular barrel-vaulted ceiling, guests can dine in the utmost splendour. It is ideal for dinner the night before your wedding and breakfasts. In addition to its own state-of the-art cooking area complete with a serving island, there is an oil-fired Aga cooker and a fully equipped kitchen leads off this room for extra catering comfort.
Additional accommodation in the West Wing includes a TV room with sky and dvd player, a bar, laundry room, cloak room, boot room and wireless internet connection is available.
